"HIV/AIDS is God's way of punishing gays" (non sequitur)

Homosexual males have a higher risk of HIV infection than heterosexuals, who in turn have a higher risk of infection than lesbians. If HIV is part of God’s purpose, then we would have to infer that He dislikes gay men the most, dislikes heterosexuals somewhat and thoroughly approves of lesbians. HIV/AIDS clearly doesn’t differentiate between homosexuals and heterosexuals in the way that some people would like it to.
